What happens when I make an order?
After submitting your order online, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once payment clears, the team gets straight to work on your customised formula. Once despatch information is available, you will be emailed your tracking number.
How long will it take to get my order?
As we are a small business, depending on the current volume of orders, the lead times can change. We aim to have your customised mix made and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. As soon as your mixture is made, it will be sent to the courier for despatch.
Why has my pre-workout gone clumpy?
Because of their hygroscopic nature, several ingredients in pre-workout supplements absorb moisture from the air and cause clumping. This has no bearing on the safety, effectiveness, or quality of your pre-workout supplement. We recommend keeping your pre-workout tub in a cool, dark dry place to prevent this.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
At this stage we only offer My Pre Workout within Australia, we aim to ship internationally soon.
